Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Africa-Press – Burkina Faso. <\/strong><\/span>Les deux pays ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mutualiser des efforts et leurs r\u00e9seaux en vue de gagner ensemble le pari des \u00e9lections de l\u2019Union panafricaine de la jeunesse (UPJ) qui se tiendront en marge du sommet des chefs d\u2019Etat et de gouvernement de l\u2019Union africaine.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le quatri\u00e8me congr\u00e8s ordinaire de l\u2019UPJ se tiendra du 15 au 18 novembre \u00e0 Niamey, au Niger. Le Congo est candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de cette organisation et le Tchad vise, quant \u00e0 lui, la vice-pr\u00e9sidence. Les deux pays partagent la m\u00eame vision de contribuer efficacement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de l\u2019UPJ et surtout le renforcement du rayonnement de la diplomatie et le leadership de l\u2019Afrique centrale au niveau continental et international.<\/p>\n

Les deux pays ont d\u00e9fini les strat\u00e9gies lors d\u2019une audience que le ministre de l\u2019Enseignement primaire, secondaire et de l\u2019Alphab\u00e9tisation, Jean Luc Mouthou, assurant l\u2019int\u00e9rim de Hugues Ngou\u00e9lond\u00e9l\u00e9, a accord\u00e9e \u00e0 S\u00e9bastien Mbaigolmem, ministre secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat en charge de la Jeunesse, aux Sports et de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat du Tchad.<\/p>\n

Le Congo et le Tchad, a reconnu le repr\u00e9sentant tchadien, sont des pays amis et fr\u00e8res de longue date. C\u2019est dans cette vision que son pays a estim\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de diligenter une mission \u00e0 Brazzaville pour obtenir le soutien du Congo.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous voulons d\u00e9velopper ensemble des strat\u00e9gies puisque le Tchad et le Congo ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 deux candidatures. Il va de soi que le Tchad et le Congo puissent se mutualiser des efforts ensemble pour booster leur candidature. C\u2019est ce qui justifie notre pr\u00e9sence au Congo et qui justifie l\u2019audience avec le ministre \u00bb, a comment\u00e9 S\u00e9bastien Mbaigolmem.<\/p>\n

Les deux pays ambitionnent donc de drainer un maximum de financement de projets en faveur de l\u2019Afrique centrale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et du Congo en particulier.<\/p>\n
