Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le festival entre dans le cadre de la cohabitation pacifique entre les \u00e9leveurs et agriculteurs, le brassage culturel et la promotion des valeurs des cultures arabes nomades.<\/p>\n

Ce festival a vu la participation de plusieurs personnes et personnalit\u00e9s d\u2019horizon divers notamment le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral provincial du Guera, Djerambet\u00e9 Dingamyo, accompagn\u00e9 des responsables administratifs, civils ainsi qu\u2019un nombre important de festivaliers et de citoyens venus pour la circonstance.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce festival a pour objectif essentiel de promouvoir dans la province du Guera les valeurs de la culture arabe nomade, l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles et gar\u00e7ons nomades, le tourisme, la protection de l\u2019environnement et la sauvegarde des esp\u00e8ces animales et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales menac\u00e9es de disparition, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable en milieu nomade, la sensibilisation contre les m\u00e9faits de certaines pratiques coutumi\u00e8res et traditionnelles comme le mariage d\u2019enfant et l\u2019excision \u00bb, explique Djerambet\u00e9 Dingamyo.<\/p>\n
