L\u2019ancien pont \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s \u00e9troit et en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9gradation avanc\u00e9 (la circulation des v\u00e9hicules y est interdite depuis quelques ann\u00e9es), le pont \u00e0 double voie est le principal relais entre la commune du 9\u00e8me arrondissement et celle du 7\u00e8me arrondissement ainsi que du reste de la ville.<\/p>\n

Mais depuis un certain temps, beaucoup garde-fous sont endommag\u00e9s ou cass\u00e9s, exposant les usagers. \u00ab Nous sommes expos\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les risques et j\u2019ai bien peur qu\u2019un jour un v\u00e9hicule finisse sa course au fond du Chari \u00bb, se plaint Mogan\u00e9 Olivier, un habitant du quartier Walia Hadjarai.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Une fille avec un enfant au dos a failli tomber dans le fleuve, n\u2019eut \u00e9t\u00e9 la vigilance de certains passants dans la soir\u00e9e du samedi 13 novembre 2021 \u00bb, explique un autre passant rencontr\u00e9 sur cette voie.<\/p>\n

Le risque est permanent et les autorit\u00e9s doivent penser \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers de cette voie, interpelle un autre. \u00ab Pourquoi le maire de la ville qui fait des tours dans la ville ne voit pas cet \u00e9tat d\u2019endommagement de ces garde-fous \u00bb, s\u2019interroge un passant visiblement tr\u00e8s remont\u00e9.<\/p>\n
