Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Idriss Dokony Adiker, candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence du Comit\u00e9 olympique et sportif tchadien (COST), vient de pr\u00e9senter les 17 engagements pour le sport tchadien.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9clar\u00e9 officiellement sa candidature \u00e0 la t\u00eate du COST, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Idriss Dokony Adiker soutient que sa candidature est inspir\u00e9e par une nouvelle vision, visant \u00e0 entreprendre un changement radical, pour soutenir les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations et associations en les dotant des moyens pour des actions de promotion.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir mis en place son plan d\u2019action pour les quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es, les 17 engagements pr\u00f4n\u00e9s par le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Idriss Dokony Adiker pour le d\u00e9veloppement du sport tchadien dont six (06) engagements pour la gouvernance du COST sont : promouvoir les valeurs olympique ; renforcer l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 et la transparence ; associer totalement les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations \u00e0 l\u2019action du COST ; \u0153uvrer pour une meilleure repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des femmes en suivant les directives du Comit\u00e9 international olympique (CIO) ; auditer les comptes du COST chaque ann\u00e9e ; \u00e9duquer et impr\u00e9gner les athl\u00e8tes sur les r\u00e8gles antidopage.<\/p>\n

Les huit engagements r\u00e9serv\u00e9s uniquement pour les partenaires des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations et qui sont entre autres : former les cadres et les techniciens des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations ; octroyer une subvention administrative \u00e0 toutes les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations nationales ; soutenir les initiatives des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations nationales en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement du sport ; organiser des s\u00e9minaires \u00e9ducatifs pour une utilisation optimale des programmes de la solidarit\u00e9 olympique ; remettre le sport au c\u0153ur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants ; apporter de la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations ; renforcer la coop\u00e9ration avec la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration paralympique ; -mettre en place uns base de donn\u00e9es des athl\u00e8tes tchadiens.<\/p>\n

Et enfin, pour la vision nationale, le candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence du COST, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Idriss Dokony Adiker indique qu\u2019il va conqu\u00e9rir l\u2019autonomie du mouvement sportif, en lui garantissant un financier stable et p\u00e9renne.<\/p>\n

Ainsi donc, trois engagements r\u00e9serv\u00e9s pour la vision nationale.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit de : porter la vision du sport pour les jeux olympiques et paralympiques de Paris 2024 ; trouver des partenaires nationaux pour soutenir les sports d\u2019\u00e9lites ; et construire un si\u00e8ge pour le COST.<\/p>\n
