Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 publique et de la solidarit\u00e9 nationale r\u00e9vise les ordinogrammes de centres de sant\u00e9 du Tchad. Les ordinogrammes sont guide de diagnostic et de traitement des pathologies courantes. Le coup d\u2019envoi des travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 par la Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe du minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 publique et de la solidarit\u00e9 nationale Dr Mbaindedje Francine. Elle pr\u00e9cise que c\u2019est, un outil fondamental de travail qui a pour but d\u2019assurer, d\u2019uniformiser la prise en charge des patients et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des prestations des soins en \u00e9vitant les traitements inappropri\u00e9s par la standardisation des soins de telle sorte que dans les m\u00eames conditions et face \u00e0 une situation d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, tous les prestataires de soins agissent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s la DGA du minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 publique, l\u2019\u00e9volution de la technologie et de la science m\u00e9dicale imposent \u00e9galement une nouvelle pratique des actes m\u00e9dicaux et des soins \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la pyramide sanitaire du pays. La r\u00e9vision de cet outil vient \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9, se r\u00e9joui, Dr Mbaindedje Francine, car il permettra d\u2019int\u00e9grer les nouveaux protocoles de prise en charge de certaines pathologies courantes, a-t-elle conclu.
