L\u2019entente tchadienne pour d\u00e9fendre les droits de l\u2019homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9e par la torture et les traitements inhumains subis par l\u2019enfant mineur Ahmed Adam Juma. En effet, \u00ab l\u2019enfant Ahmed Adam Juma a subi un traitement inhumain et une torture cruelle et humiliante de la part du policier appel\u00e9 Abdullah Wardakou Kabir. Le dernier (l\u2019enfant) a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 de voler son argent estim\u00e9 \u00e0 7 millions de francs africains \u00bb, selon une source proche des proches de la victime.<\/p>\n

La CTDDH apr\u00e8s la visite de la victime, exprime son m\u00e9contentement brutal et barbare qui nuit gravement \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et morale de ce petit gar\u00e7on. \u00bb Elle pense qu\u2019il n\u2019y a aucune raison pour justifier cette cruaut\u00e9. Cet acte ignoble tache l\u2019image de la police qui est cens\u00e9e prot\u00e9ger les citoyens pacifiques.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entente tchadienne pour la d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme indique que la fuite de ce bourreau n\u2019est plus une \u00e9chappatoire de la justice. Et condamne \u00e9galement la pratique de cette violence dont ce petit enfant \u00e9tait victime.<\/p>\n

Enfin, la convention demande aux autorit\u00e9s de transition d\u2019entamer une enqu\u00eate qui permette l\u2019arrestation de cet officier et de le compara\u00eetre devant les tribunaux comp\u00e9tents. Comme on demande de l\u2019\u00e9loigner de la police.<\/p>\n
