Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le financement additionnel aux 15 M\u20ac d\u00e9j\u00e0 octroy\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat du Tchad en septembre 2021 doit permettre d\u2019appuyer la mise en \u0153uvre par le gouvernement tchadien du \u00ab Pacte social \u00bb sign\u00e9 le 4 octobre 2021 entre l\u2019Etat et les organisations syndicales des travailleurs, informe l’ambassade de France au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Dans le contexte de difficult\u00e9s que conna\u00eet le Tchad, l\u2019objectif de cette aide compl\u00e9mentaire est d\u2019appuyer l\u2019effort budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019Etat tchadien, en contribuant ainsi au financement de d\u00e9penses jug\u00e9es essentielles pour la paix sociale, la stabilit\u00e9 et le redressement int\u00e9rieur du pays.<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment aux \u00e9changes avec le Minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget, le financement sera affect\u00e9 aux trois lignes de d\u00e9penses suivantes pr\u00e9vues dans le Pacte social et inscrites au budget 2021 :<\/p>\n

– Arri\u00e9r\u00e9s des indemnit\u00e9s de transport de tous les minist\u00e8res : 2 562 270 440 FCFA ;<\/p>\n

– Indemnit\u00e9s de craie et documentation aux agents de l\u2019Etat concern\u00e9s : 603 180 000 FCFA ;<\/p>\n

– Reversement des enseignants scientifiques contractuels de l\u2019Education Nationale : 114 334 560 FCFA.<\/p>\n

Avec cette nouvelle aide budg\u00e9taire, le montant total des appuis du Tr\u00e9sor fran\u00e7ais en dons vers\u00e9s au Tchad depuis 2016 atteint 75M\u20ac (soit pr\u00e8s de 50 milliards de francs CFA, sur une p\u00e9riode de 6 ans).<\/p>\n
