Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le parti Les D\u00e9mocrates (LD) tient ce 18 d\u00e9cembre son premier congr\u00e8s ordinaire \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel moderne de Bongor, dans la province du Mayo-Kebbi Est. L’\u00e9v\u00e8nement est plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me : \u00ab\u00a0envol pour l’instauration d’une vrai d\u00e9mocratie pour un Tchad en paix est en d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Ren\u00e9 Komengdy Seni, le nouveau parti a officialis\u00e9 son entr\u00e9e sur la sc\u00e8ne politique le 27 novembre 2021. Ren\u00e9 Komengdy Seni. estime qu’en d\u00e9pit de 30 ans de r\u00e8gne, la d\u00e9mocratie que le Mouvement patriotique du salut (MPS) a apport\u00e9e n\u2019est qu\u2019une \u00ab d\u00e9mocratie de fa\u00e7ade \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident du parti \u00ab\u00a0Les D\u00e9mocrates\u00a0\u00bb justifie sa position par la r\u00e9pression des manifestations, le manque de libert\u00e9 r\u00e9elle, l\u2019impunit\u00e9, l\u2019injustice, la corruption, les d\u00e9tournements des deniers publics, les nominations sur des bases ethniques, claniques, r\u00e9gionalistes et client\u00e9listes, et le manque d\u2019alternance \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9 Komengdy Seni souligne que la d\u00e9mocratie \u00ab de fa\u00e7ade \u00bb doit disparaitre pour faire place \u00e0 \u00ab une vraie d\u00e9mocratie, une d\u00e9mocratie de fond et de pratique \u00bb qui, selon lui, est incarn\u00e9e par son parti.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les D\u00e9mocrates\u00a0\u00bb prennent en compte l\u2019aspect genre. Le bureau ex\u00e9cutif national, compos\u00e9 de 11 membres, compte six femmes.<\/p>\n
