Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse rendu public ce mardi 21 d\u00e9cembre 2021, \u00e0 la bourse de travail, en pr\u00e9sence de la presse, le collectif de 257 ex agents de la mairie de N\u2019Djamena demande leur r\u00e9habilitation.<\/p>\n

A cet effet, il invite le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Militaire de Transition, chef de l\u2019Etat, Mahamat Idriss Deby, \u00e0 intervenir personnellement, pour une justice sociale et \u00e9quitable en faveur des 139 agents non r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Selon le pr\u00e9sident du collectif, Ali Mahamat Saleh Zakaria, pendant que l\u2019affaire est mise en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame, l\u2019actuel maire Ali Haroun proc\u00e8de \u00e0 des nouveaux recrutements par deux arr\u00eat\u00e9s N\u00b0360 et 361\/2021, portant recrutement des agents de la police municipale et des sapeurs-pompiers \u00e0 la commune de la ville de N\u2019Djamena.<\/p>\n

On y d\u00e9nombre 270 nouveaux agents contre 139 agents non r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s abandonn\u00e9s \u00e0 leur triste sort. Pour lui, le recrutement de 270 nouveaux agents sans avis des conseillers municipaux est un fait in\u00e9dit dans l\u2019histoire de la mairie.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une pratique contraire \u00e0 nos textes communaux \u00bb, affirme-t-il. Enfin, il ajoute que sur les 270 nouveaux agents recrut\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment, seulement quatre agents parmi les 139 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, il existe 40 policiers municipaux et des sapeurs-pompiers bien form\u00e9s qui sont \u00e9cart\u00e9s du processus de recrutement.<\/p>\n
