Il s\u2019agit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d\u2019un ch\u00e2teau en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 500m3 avec 12m de hauteur sous cuve, un r\u00e9seau de de 13km comprenant 10 bornes fontaines et 100 branchements priv\u00e9s connect\u00e9s.<\/b><\/p>\n

Koumra, chef-lieu de la province du Mandoul inaugure son nouveau ch\u00e2teau d\u2019eau. C\u2019est le Ministre de l\u2019Hydraulique Urbaine et Rurale Monsieur Alio Abdoulaye Ibrahim qui a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 personnellement cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, en pr\u00e9sence du Gouverneur de la dite province, du Dircab du vice CMT, de la DG de la STE ainsi que les Cadres et Techniciens du Minist\u00e8re. C\u2019est un ch\u00e2teau en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 500m3 avec 12m de hauteur sous cuve, un r\u00e9seau de de 13km comprenant 10 bornes fontaines et 100 branchements priv\u00e9s connect\u00e9s, deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de 125 kva, un magasin, deux abris pour les t\u00eates de forage, une toilette, un abri gardien, deux forages F1 et F2 \u00e9quip\u00e9s des pompes qui donnent respectivement 28 m3 et 84 m3 des d\u00e9bits exploitables par heure.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture de la vanne, le Ministre a indiqu\u00e9 dans son discours que ce ch\u00e2teau d\u2019eau qui vient renforcer les installations existantes de la STE, permettra aux populations de lutter contre les maladies \u00e0 l\u2019exemple de la fi\u00e8vre typho\u00efde, la bilharziose, la dysenterie Etc. Le Ministre a par ailleurs exhort\u00e9 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Tchadienne des Eaux de prendre soin de ces installations afin de rendre p\u00e9renne le service public de l\u2019Eau potable \u00e0 Koumra.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir vivement remerci\u00e9 les hautes autorit\u00e9s de l\u2019attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 la STE, la Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Madame Koubra Hissein Itno a promis que tout le Staff technique est dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre favorablement aux besoins des populations en Eau potable. D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, une r\u00e9duction de 50% est accord\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e de 2 mois, aux populations pour les nouveaux branchements dans les diff\u00e9rents quartiers de la ville de Koumra.
