Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s, la Loi pr\u00e9voit qu&rsquo;\u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2021, les transferts \u00e9lectroniques d&rsquo;argent (mobile money) sont exclus de la base imposable, en plus des communications fixes, filaires et Internet.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>L\u2019all\u00e8gement de la fiscalit\u00e9 sur les transferts \u00e9lectroniques d\u2019argent (mobile money) va \u00ab\u00a0favoriser l\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb et am\u00e9liorer le climat des affaires, explique le ministre des Finances et du Budget, Tahir Hamid Nguilin.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dans sa lettre circulaire d&rsquo;orientation pour la pr\u00e9paration du budget, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a a instruit le minist\u00e8re des Finances de \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9er des conditions favorables \u00e0 l&rsquo;effectivit\u00e9 des services financiers num\u00e9riques de qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
