Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>De retour des Emirats Arabes Unis o\u00f9 il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 son pays \u00e0 l\u2019exposition universelle Duba\u00ef 2020, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Togolaise FAURE GNASSINGBE a fait une escale technique hier soir \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueilli \u00e0 son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Hassan Djamous par son homologue le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Militaire de Transition, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Chef de l\u2019Etat, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral MAHAMAT IDRISS DEBY ITNO.<\/p>\n

Le num\u00e9ro 1 togolais a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 par quelques membres du Gouvernement, les proches collaborateurs du Chef de l\u2019Etat et le Maire de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na avant d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 par son h\u00f4te au salon d\u2019honneur.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9changes \u00e9largis aux deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations puis en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate entre les deux Chefs d\u2019Etat, ont permis de faire un point sur l\u2019\u00e9tat des relations entre le Tchad et le Togo, deux pays qui partagent une riche tradition de coop\u00e9ration dans plusieurs secteurs. Les \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers et r\u00e9ciproques des diplomates entre les deux capitales t\u00e9moignent de la solidit\u00e9 de l\u2019axe Lom\u00e9 \u2013 N\u2019Djamena.<\/p>\n

Les deux hommes d\u2019Etat qui s\u2019appr\u00e9cient mutuellement ont mis \u00e0 profit leur entretien pour \u00e9voquer nombre de dossiers internationaux touchant leurs pays respectifs \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie de covid-19, le terrorisme et la stabilit\u00e9 sur le continent.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est au terme de ces \u00e9changes que le Pr\u00e9sident FAURE GNASSINGBE a repris son vol pour Lom\u00e9. Comme \u00e0 son arriv\u00e9e, Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 raccompagn\u00e9 au pied de l\u2019avion par son homologue, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral MAHAMAT IDRISS DEBY ITNO.<\/p>\n
