Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Lors de son assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire tenue ce mardi 28 d\u00e9cembre 2021 \u00e0 Ngali Kordo, dans le Mayo Kebbi Ouest, l\u2019association des gounois pour la solidarit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement (OGSD), a plaid\u00e9 pour une r\u00e9elle cohabitation pacifique et le vivre ensemble.
\nLa communaut\u00e9 gounou est partag\u00e9e entre les deux Mayo Kebbi. Pour garder leur lien de fraternit\u00e9, les jeunes ont mis sur pied l\u2019association des gounois pour la solidarit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement. Apr\u00e8s avoir rappel\u00e9 le processus ayant conduit \u00e0 la mise sur pied de ce cadre, le pr\u00e9sident du bureau ex\u00e9cutif national de ladite association, Dr Wikadi Jacob a fait un bilan \u00e0 mi parcours de l\u2019association. Il note que la covid19 au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 a impact\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement les activit\u00e9s de son organisation. Selon lui, c\u2019est l\u2019occasion pour les enfants Gounou de se dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour consolider davantage leurs liens.
\nAu cours d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence sur la cohabitation pacifique et le vivre ensemble, Fap\u00e9 Samdamg a rappel\u00e9 que la paix est menac\u00e9 par les limites de la gestion de conflit. \u00ab La persistance des conflits intercommunautaire est d\u00fb aux m\u00e9thodes de la r\u00e9solution des diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes tel que le manque de dialogue, la lenteur dans le traitement de diff\u00e9rentsconflits, le non respect des engagements par les acteurs,la mauvaise identification, la mauvaise gestion de source de conflit, la non application des textes r\u00e9glementaires \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux et mauvais arbitrage des personnes ressources \u00bb.
\nLa r\u00e9solution de conflit passe par le dialogue, la sensibilisation, l\u2019arbitrage, le brassage sociaux culturels, les \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences, les m\u00e9dias, la justice conseille-t-il
\nEn outre, \u00ab le bon vivre ensemble est menac\u00e9 par l\u2019augmentation de la population, r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement de l\u2019espace agricoles et animal, m\u00e9connaissance et l\u2019occupation de couloir de transhumance. L\u2019analyse du conflit est la seule voie de r\u00e9solution de conflit intercommunautaire. On ne peut pas parler du d\u00e9veloppement sans le vivre ensemble \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n
