Le ministre de la sant\u00e9 fait savoir que son d\u00e9partement travaillera en collaboration avec la coordination nationale de riposte sanitaire pour \u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie ad\u00e9quate. Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul ajoute qu\u2019une cellule sp\u00e9ciale au sein de la coordination de riposte sanitaire d\u00e9terminera les personnes \u00e0 vacciner en priorit\u00e9 d\u00e8s l\u2019acquisition des premi\u00e8res doses.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de la Sant\u00e9 explique le travail se fera suivant un m\u00e9canisme mondial chapeaut\u00e9 par l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) et l\u2019alliance GAVI. Un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ax\u00e9 sur le partage de risques. Pour parvenir \u00e0 la production effective du vaccin, une mobilisation de 5 milliards de dollars est n\u00e9cessaire. Du moins, il assure que plus de 2 milliards ont dore et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le 1er vice-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, Moussa Kadam s\u2019interroge sur les conditions ou la capacit\u00e9 du Tchad \u00e0 conserver ces vaccins.
