Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les forces arm\u00e9es centrafricaines (FACA) ont consid\u00e9rablement chang\u00e9 de tactique dans leur formation et leurs performances. La quasi-totalit\u00e9 du territoire du pays est d\u00e9sormais sous contr\u00f4le des troupes gouvernementales, m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps, des provinces enti\u00e8res \u00e9taient contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par des groupes arm\u00e9s ill\u00e9gaux.<\/p>\n

Sous les coups des FACA, les rebelles se rendent ou sont d\u00e9truits. Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce aux soldats de l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale, la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont r\u00e9tablies en R\u00e9publique centrafricaine. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, les objectifs prioritaires des FACA ont chang\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Si auparavant il s\u2019agissait de lutter contre une menace interne sur le territoire de la RCA, aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019arm\u00e9e nationale se tourne de plus en plus vers les t\u00e2ches de protection contre une menace externe.<\/p>\n

Les opposants \u00e9trangers \u00e0 la paix en R\u00e9publique centrafricaine \u00e9laborent toujours des plans pour d\u00e9stabiliser la situation dans le pays. Des mercenaires arm\u00e9s traversent souvent la fronti\u00e8re centrafricaine.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, la t\u00e2che principale des FACA \u00e9tait de prot\u00e9ger la fronti\u00e8re ext\u00e9rieure de la r\u00e9publique contre les intrusions ill\u00e9gales. Maxim Moko aux commandes \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re tchadienne<\/p>\n

Des informations de sources fiables font \u00e9tat d\u2019un grand nombre de rebelles des groupes ex-S\u00e9l\u00e9ka et Balaka, dirig\u00e9s par Salei Zabadu et Abdraman Kilessi, se trouvent \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la localit\u00e9 de Moyen-Sido au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Leurs actions sont supervis\u00e9es par l\u2019extr\u00e9miste Maxime Mokom, des militaires professionnels du Tchad organisent des cours et des entra\u00eenements aux rebelles.<\/p>\n

Le camp est bien gard\u00e9 et est une installation ferm\u00e9e. De l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, il y a un garde des soldats de l\u2019arm\u00e9e tchadienne, et le camp lui-m\u00eame est gard\u00e9 par des rebelles de l\u2019ex-Seleka.<\/p>\n
