Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>L’Association socio-culturel et \u00e9ducatif pour le d\u00e9veloppement du Ouadda\u00ef (ASCEDO) a organis\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence-d\u00e9bat sur le \u00e9v\u00e9nements contemporains de Dar Ouadda\u00ef, d\u00e9fis et perspectives ce 28 janvier 2022 \u00e0 la maison de la femme de N’Djamena.<\/p>\n

Un panel compos\u00e9 de Mahamat Nour Ibedou, Me Max Loalngar, Me Koudou Mbainessem et Izadine Macki Ishak . Selon l’ASCEDO, le bilan \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9centes \u00e0 Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 est de 21 morts, 82 bless\u00e9s et plus de 300 arrestations.<\/p>\n

Lors de son intervention, Izadine Macki Ishak, a soulign\u00e9 que plus de 80 communaut\u00e9s se consid\u00e9raient dans le temps comme une seule famille au Ouadda\u00ef.<\/p>\n

Pour lui, tout ce sc\u00e9nario est purement politique. Il demande \u00e0 ce que tous les auteurs de la situation tragique d’Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 soient traduis devant les juridictions comp\u00e9tentes pour r\u00e9pondre de leurs actes.<\/p>\n

Me Max Loalngar, a pour sa part relev\u00e9 que ce qui est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s grave. D\u00e8s lors, les tchadiens ne peuvent en aucun cas ignorer cette h\u00e9morragie, cette situation ne concerne pas seulement le Ouadda\u00ef, toutes les provinces du Tchad ont les coeurs afflig\u00e9s par ce drame.<\/p>\n

Selon lui, l’\u00c9tat ne peut se permettre de s’amuser avec la vie des citoyens. Pour Me Koudou Mbainessem, le r\u00f4le de l’\u00c9tat est de veiller \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e0 la vie des citoyens et \u00e0 leurs biens, pas \u00e0 les r\u00e9primer \u00e0 balles r\u00e9elles lorsqu’ils expriment leur m\u00e9contentement.<\/p>\n

La marche pacifique est un droit fondamental, dit-il Le cas de la chefferie dans le Ouadda\u00ef est une motivation purement politique orchestr\u00e9e de tout moyen pour diviser la province, d\u00e9clare Koudou Mbainessem.<\/p>\n

Il a exhort\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s de la transition \u00e0 arr\u00eater cette h\u00e9morragie. Notamment le minist\u00e8re en charge \u00e0 mettre d\u00e9finitivement fin \u00e0 ce cirque dans la province.<\/p>\n

Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Convention tchadienne de d\u00e9fense des droits de l’Homme (CTDDH), Mahamat Nour Ibedou, a appel\u00e9 les fils du Ouadda\u00ef \u00e0 vivre comme une seule famille. Il a ajout\u00e9 que les divisions sont le fruit du r\u00e9gime du feu mar\u00e9chal qui a politis\u00e9 les instances coutumi\u00e8res et traditionnelles.<\/p>\n
