C\u2019est le Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de la Planification du D\u00e9veloppement et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, Dr Issa Doubragne, qui a lanc\u00e9 les travaux dudit atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Cet atelier de restitution a pour but de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation des membres du Comit\u00e9 Interminist\u00e9riel charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tude et de la N\u00e9gociation du Projet d\u2019Investissement dans la fili\u00e8re b\u00e9tail-viande, les r\u00e9sultats des travaux des experts du Cabinet APEXAGRI .<\/p>\n<p>Dans son mot de circonstance, le Directeur-pays Arise Tchad, Jacky Rivi\u00e8re, a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019avec les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes qui vont \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, la fili\u00e8re b\u00e9tail-viande va pouvoir exprimer son plein potentiel \u00e0 travers le partenariat public-priv\u00e9 entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et le groupe Arise qui sera conclu si le Comit\u00e9 Interminist\u00e9riel valide le plan de d\u00e9veloppement propos\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9tude. Aussi, il a laiss\u00e9 entendre que la signature de ce partenariat va cr\u00e9er plus de 45.000 emplois directs et indirects.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, le Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9levage et de la Production Animale, Dr Abderahim Awat Atte\u00efb, esp\u00e8re que le plan de d\u00e9veloppement qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 couvre les diff\u00e9rentes maillons de la fili\u00e8re b\u00e9tail-viande, \u00e0 savoir la production, la transformation et la mise sur les march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de la Planification et de la Coop\u00e9ration Internationale, Dr Issa Doubragne, a invit\u00e9 le groupe Arise \u00e0 diversifier son investissement dans d\u2019autres secteurs tels que le beurre de karit\u00e9, la gomme arabique, le coton, l\u2019arachide et la noix de cajou. Il a ensuite remerci\u00e9 tous ceux qui, de pr\u00e8s ou de loin, ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut le rappeler, ce projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 28 octobre 2019 par la signature d\u2019un m\u00e9morandum d\u2019entente relative \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une zone \u00c9conomique Industrielle permettant la valorisation plus pouss\u00e9e de la fili\u00e8re viande au Tchad sous l\u2019impulsion de feu Mar\u00e9chal du Tchad, Idriss Deby Itno.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style type=\"text\/css\">\r\n
