Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Face au ch\u00f4mage grandissant, le gardiennage des engins est devenu le refuge des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ou non dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ces derniers temps. L’interdiction de travers\u00e9e des motocycles vers Kousseri (Cameroun) profite grandement aux jeunes de N’gueli dans le 9\u00e8me arrondissement de N’djamena.<\/p>\n

L\u2019on recense au moins cinq parkings \u00e0 motos et un pour v\u00e9hicules. La tranche d’\u00e2ge des jeunes qui s\u2019adonnent \u00e0 cette activit\u00e9 est de 20 \u00e0 30 ans. Arm\u00e9s de courage, de patience et d’humilit\u00e9, ces jeunes accueillent chaleureusement les propri\u00e9taires d’engins.<\/p>\n

Ce sont des tentes b\u00e2ch\u00e9es, montables et d’autres en t\u00f4le d’acier, qui servent d’abris aux engins. L’un des leaders de ce business, Djido Abakar, raconte son parcours : \u00ab Je suis orphelin depuis le bas \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n

C’est ici que j’ai grandi, ma situation a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s difficile, je n’ai pas pu aller loin \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole par manque de soutien. Je lavais les motos et voitures pour avoir \u00e0 manger \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Aujourd’hui, parmi ces jeunes que vous voyez, il y a des licenci\u00e9s et des non dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, nous travaillons ensemble main dans la main chaque jour et on se partage ce qu’on trouve chaque jour.<\/p>\n

Le droit de d\u00e9p\u00f4t au garage est de 500 Fcfa. Il y a tellement de risques dans ce travail, car en cas de perte de motos, nous sommes contraints de racheter.<\/p>\n

Nous prenons une moto \u00e0 cr\u00e9dit que nous payons sur plusieurs mois et la donnons \u00e0 la victime \u00bb, souligne Djido Abakar. Dans l’un des parkings de N’gueli, des jeunes travaillent de lundi \u00e0 dimanche, 24h\/24.<\/p>\n

Ils se relaient par \u00e9quipes. \u00ab Les jours ordinaires, nous recevons autour de 150 \u00e0 200 motos, et pendant les week-ends, c’est le double, voire au-del\u00e0, car il y a ceux qui partent \u00e0 N’djamena pour les visites et passer les week-ends.<\/p>\n

De m\u00eame, il y a ceux qui viennent en week-end \u00e0 Kousseri, ville frontali\u00e8re \u00bb, explique un jeune travailleur, entour\u00e9 de ses coll\u00e8gues. Si ce groupe travaille sans rel\u00e2che, ce n’est pas le cas pour tous les parkings.<\/p>\n

Djibrine et ses deux employ\u00e9s travaillant devant la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Douane de N’gueli, du lundi au vendredi. Ils profitent de la fin de semaine pour se reposer.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Bien que cette activit\u00e9 occupe actuellement les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et non dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, c’est une bombe \u00e0 retardement \u00bb, analyse un fonctionnaire qui confie sa moto au parking.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, \u00ab l’\u00c9tat tchadien doit imp\u00e9rativement se pencher sur la question de l’emploi, pas seulement \u00e0 N’Djamena mais \u00e9galement en province, afin d’occuper les jeunes, au risque d’avoir des cons\u00e9quences f\u00e2cheuses telles que la r\u00e9bellion ou le terrorisme \u00bb. Le Conseil militaire de transition (CMT) et le gouvernement doivent faire feu de tout bois pour panser cette h\u00e9morragie.<\/p>\n
