Ils hypoth\u00e8quent aussi notre d\u00e9veloppement en nous obligeant \u00e0 consacrer l\u2019essentiel de nos maigres ressources financi\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019effort s\u00e9curitaire\u00a0\u00bb, alerte Mahamat Idriss Deby.<\/p>\n

Le chef de la transition tchadienne appelle \u00e0 s’interroger sur la pertinence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies et m\u00e9canismes de coordination et d\u2019action.<\/p>\n

Il juge urgent de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation profonde de l\u2019ensemble des dispositifs en place au Sahel et dans le bassin du Lac-Tchad en vue de trouver les voies et moyens les plus efficaces pour relever les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux menaces transnationales complexes et multiformes de l\u2019heure.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons besoin d\u2019une nouvelle approche plus pragmatique de coordination et d\u2019interaction, avec une d\u00e9finition plus pr\u00e9cise des r\u00f4les de diff\u00e9rents acteurs, tant dans le cadre de diff\u00e9rentes forces pr\u00e9sentes sur le terrain, que dans celui de coop\u00e9ration entre les \u00c9tats affect\u00e9s individuellement pris, et entre ces derniers et la communaut\u00e9 internationale\u00a0\u00bb, estime Mahamat Idriss Deby.<\/p>\n

Cette nouvelle approche doit int\u00e9grer les dimensions li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, aux changements climatiques, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la jeunesse et \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services sociaux de base car la seule r\u00e9ponse s\u00e9curitaire a montr\u00e9 ses limites.<\/p>\n
