Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Les avocats, notaires et huissiers de justice tchadiens ont entam\u00e9, lundi, une gr\u00e8ve g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de trois jours pour d\u00e9noncer les r\u00e9cents conflits intercommunautaires \u00e9clat\u00e9s \u00e0 Abech\u00e9 et Sandana, respectivement dans l’est et le sud du pays.<\/p>\n

L’Union des barreaux du Tchad a annonc\u00e9, dans un communiqu\u00e9, avoir cess\u00e9 toute activit\u00e9 judiciaire pour \u00ab\u00a0descendre dans la rue et d\u00e9noncer le non-respect des droits humains et la justice\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s le b\u00e2tonnier de l\u2019Ordre des Avocats du Tchad, Dj\u00e9randi Laguerre, \u00ab\u00a0les r\u00e9cents \u00e9v\u00e8nements de Sandana et d\u2019Ab\u00e9ch\u00e9 prouvent que les droits de l\u2019homme ne sont pas respect\u00e9s au Tchad ainsi que la justice. C\u2019est ainsi que ces professions lib\u00e9rales qui d\u00e9fendent les droits de l\u2019homme ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de marcher pacifiquement pour que justice soit faite\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les professions lib\u00e9rales judiciaires ont toujours d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les violations flagrantes des droits de l\u2019Homme au Tchad mais les autorit\u00e9s ne les prennent pas en consid\u00e9ration, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La nomination d\u2019un chef de canton de Dar Ouadda\u00ef, contest\u00e9e par une partie de la population, s\u2019est transform\u00e9e les 24 et 25 janvier dernier en un violent conflit intercommunautaire faisant une vingtaine de morts et plusieurs bless\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Quelques jours plus tard, une dizaine de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es dans des affrontements entre \u00e9leveurs et cultivateurs \u00e0 Sandana, dans le sud du Tchad.<\/p>\n
