Arriv\u00e9s devant le minist\u00e8re de la Justice qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 le point d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de leur marche, les auxiliaires de la justice ont d\u00e9voil\u00e9 l&rsquo;objectif de cette marche : \u00ab d\u00e9noncer le laxisme de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat sur la r\u00e9currence des conflits intercommunautaires de ces derniers jours qui remettent en cause la cohabitation pacifique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre des huissiers du Tchad, M. Eldjimbaye Elys\u00e9e, a indiqu\u00e9 que le Tchad tient la queue dans l&rsquo;indice de d\u00e9veloppement humain et la t\u00eate en mati\u00e8re de violence\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous sommes sortis pour qu&rsquo;il y ait un espace de paix et de libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il dit. Le pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre nationale des notaires du Tchad, M.<\/p>\n<p>Djormainn Germain, a expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils sont \u00ab\u00a0exc\u00e9d\u00e9s par la r\u00e9currence des tueries, des barbaries et des massacres de paisibles citoyens dans leur propre pays qui se dit un \u00c9tat d\u00e9mocratique et un \u00c9tat de droit\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ils se disent exc\u00e9d\u00e9s par l&rsquo;absence de l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat avec pour cons\u00e9quence directe l&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;impunit\u00e9. Pour sa part, Djerandi Laguerre, b\u00e2tonnier du Conseil de l&rsquo;ordre des avocats du Tchad, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0qu&rsquo;ils marchent pour r\u00e9clamer et exiger le respect des droits humains et dire non \u00e0 la barbarie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il appelle l&rsquo;\u00c9tat \u00e0 assumer sa responsabilit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Trop c\u2019est trop, le sang \u00e0 assez coul\u00e9. Toute la population tchadienne est endeuill\u00e9e et continue d&rsquo;\u00eatre endeuill\u00e9e. L&rsquo;\u00c9tat a l&rsquo;obligation r\u00e9galienne d&rsquo;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes et de leurs biens\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 le b\u00e2tonnier.<\/p>\n\r\n
