Abdoulaye, sous couvert de l’islamisme, entretien divers trafics par l’entremise de Pascal, un aventurier blanc, ex-l\u00e9gionnaire, ex-membre des services sp\u00e9ciaux qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mission dans de nombreux villages du pays.<\/p>\n

Abdoulaye enl\u00e8ve Flora, une jeune journaliste qui enqu\u00eatait sur la situation s\u00e9curitaire dans la r\u00e9gion. Or, Massoud a une relation ambigu\u00eb avec cette derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Il la c\u00f4toie dans le camp sans qu’elle puisse le reconna\u00eetre parce qu’elle est encagoul\u00e9e. Pascal d\u00e9couvre que Flora est sa propre fille naturelle qu’il a eu au cours de ses missions, il y a une vingtaine d’ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Dans ce chao tumultueux, Abdoulaye, en repr\u00e9sailles, d\u00e9cide de faire un attentat contre la mosqu\u00e9e du village Barkaye. L’imam pratique un Islam tol\u00e9rant, respectueux de la vie et s’oppose de toute sa volont\u00e9 aux actions de djihadistes. Abdoulaye confie cette mission \u00e0 Massoud. Il se trouve que Barkaye, l’imam, est le propre p\u00e8re de Massoud.<\/p>\n

Pour le r\u00e9alisateur, Emmanuel Rotoubam Mbaide, le film \u00ab\u00a0Massoud\u00a0\u00bb est n\u00e9 dans le but de sensibiliser le public tchadien et particuli\u00e8rement le public N’Djamenois, qui est en proie \u00e0 ces fl\u00e9aux gravissimes \u00e0 l’instar des autres villes, afin d’obtenir une large \u00e9veil des consciences de toutes les populations mais aussi des jeunes en particulier, sur le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de la radicalisation.<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Rotoubam explique que le ton de ce film se veut tragique, entre drame et thriller. En ce si\u00e8cle mouvement\u00e9, il lui para\u00eet l\u00e9gitime de se questionner sur certaines d\u00e9viances.<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9alisateur affirme qu’il n’y a aucune justification cr\u00e9dible \u00e0 cette d\u00e9viance. Il souligne que ces conflits prennent leurs sources dans la mis\u00e8re et l’inculture.<\/p>\n

Le film met en conflit Massoud et son propre p\u00e8re au nom d’une doctrine meurtri\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0C’est un moyen de ramener le commun des mortels \u00e0 la cellule familiale\u00a0\u00bb, indique Emmanuel Rotoubam.<\/p>\n

Le film est l’\u0153uvre de l’association SEMFILMS et SA\u00cf PRODUCTION, en collaboration avec l’Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 travers le projet \u00ab\u00a0Jeune ambassadeur\u00a0\u00bb. Emmanuel Rotoubam Mbaide est un r\u00e9alisateur tchadien vivant au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n

Passionn\u00e9 du th\u00e9\u00e2tre depuis son jeune \u00e2ge, son amour pour le cin\u00e9ma le conduira \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la premi\u00e8re promotion de l’IRIS devenu ISI. Il obtient un brevet sup\u00e9rieur en cin\u00e9ma et audiovisuel en 2007, puis un dipl\u00f4me d’ing\u00e9nierie de travaux cin\u00e9matographique et audiovisuels option r\u00e9alisation en 2009.<\/p>\n
