{"id":20120,"date":"2022-02-24T14:32:13","date_gmt":"2022-02-24T14:32:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/politique\/une-strategie-provinciale-de-developpement-pastoral-au-salamat"},"modified":"2022-02-24T14:47:35","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T14:47:35","slug":"une-strategie-provinciale-de-developpement-pastoral-au-salamat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/toutes-les-actualites\/une-strategie-provinciale-de-developpement-pastoral-au-salamat","title":{"rendered":"une strat\u00e9gie provinciale de d\u00e9veloppement pastoral au Salamat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Venus des trois d\u00e9partements de la province, les participants vont \u00e9changer durant trois jours sur la strat\u00e9gie provinciale de d\u00e9veloppement pastoral.<\/p>\n<p>Cette strat\u00e9gie met en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mener une r\u00e9flexion afin de cr\u00e9er un cadre strat\u00e9gique f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur int\u00e9grant plusieurs domaines et th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 provincial de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage, et des productions animales du Salama,t Mahamat Bichara Saleh, a demand\u00e9 aux participants d&rsquo;\u00eatre attentifs pendant l&rsquo;atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de son intervention, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral technique de l&rsquo;organisation professionnelle \u00e0 la plateforme pastorale du Tchad, Acherif Hamid Zagalo, notifie que la strat\u00e9gie prendra en compte les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du Salamat pour l&rsquo;avenir du secteur pastoral dans la province.<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrant l&rsquo;atelier, le gouverneur Abdoulaye Ibrahim Siam a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la croissance \u00e9conomique nationale dont le moteur repose sur l&rsquo;agriculture et l&rsquo;\u00e9levage, passe obligatoirement par un investissement sur le secteur rural.
