Une convention financi\u00e8re pour la restructuration de la dette du Tchad envers le Congo, d\u2019environ cinquante milliards FCFA, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e le 26 f\u00e9vrier dans la capitale congolaise.<\/p>\n

Ce sont les ministres des Finances des deux pays, Roger Rigobert Andely pour le Congo et Tahir Hamid Nguilin du Tchad qui ont appos\u00e9 leur signature sur le document. Nos confr\u00e8res rappellent que c\u2019est ce pr\u00eat de cinquante milliards FCFA avait \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 au Tchad depuis d\u00e9cembre 2011.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Cette signature permet de r\u00e9am\u00e9nager la dette, de la rendre compatible avec les exigences du cadre commun pour l\u2019assistance du Tchad du G20 de telle sorte que ce programme ne soit pas bloqu\u00e9, parce qu\u2019un pays fr\u00e8re n\u2019a pas align\u00e9 les conditions de pr\u00eat douces que demande la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Roger Rigobert Andely, cit\u00e9 par la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n

La signature de cette convention financi\u00e8re s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du raffermissement des liens de coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique entre le Congo et le Tchad, ont conclu les deux parties.<\/p>\n
