Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Ces locaux disciplinaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9s ce mardi 12 janvier 2021. Le porte-parole de la gendarmerie, le colonel Abakar Abdraman note que ces locaux ne sont pas une prison mais un lieu pour garder les soldats r\u00e9calcitrants et les brigands et coupeurs de route qui seront arr\u00eat\u00e9s dans la nuit.<\/p>\n

L\u2019id\u00e9e de construire ces cellules \u00e9mane du D.G de la gendarmerie, informe le porte-parole. Pendant sa prise de son fonction, le patron de la gendarmerie aurait constat\u00e9 un d\u00e9rapage de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments, c\u2019est alors qu\u2019il a estim\u00e9 qu\u2019il faut trouver une possibilit\u00e9 de les ramener \u00e0 l\u2019ordre. \u00ab Il manquait un endroit o\u00f9 garder les soldats r\u00e9calcitrants \u00bb, d\u2019o\u00f9 la construction de ces locaux disciplinaires. Le porte-parole de la gendarmerie estime qu\u2019on ne peut pas garder les gendarmes indisciplin\u00e9s dans les bureaux o\u00f9 sont stock\u00e9s les documents.<\/p>\n

Cet endroit permettra \u00e9galement de garder \u00e0 vue, les hors-la-loi arr\u00eat\u00e9s dans la nuit. \u00ab La gendarmerie appr\u00e9hende toutes les nuits les brigands et les gardes \u00e0 vue, ils seront gard\u00e9s pour \u00eatre remis \u00e0 la justice le lendemain comme la loi l\u2019exige \u00bb, laisse entendre le le colonel Abakar Abdraman<\/p>\n

Cet argent a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 dans le fonds de fonctionnement mensuel, apprend-on du porte-parole de la gendarmerie.
