Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le gouverneur de la province du Ouadda\u00ef, Brahim Seid Mahamat a lanc\u00e9 les travaux de l\u2019atelier de formation des membres du Comit\u00e9 provincial et d\u00e9partemental d\u2019action. Ce travail concerne les membres du comit\u00e9 provincial et d\u00e9partemental d\u2019action et s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet d\u2019appui \u00e0 la structuration, l\u2019animation et la planification locale dans les provinces du Wadi-Fira et du Ouadda\u00ef.<\/p>\n

Cette formation vise le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des acteurs locaux. Elle s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet d\u2019appui \u00e0 la structuration, l\u2019annulation et la planification locale dans les provinces du Wadi-Fira et du Ouadda\u00ef<\/p>\n

Le coordonnateur de l\u2019ONG BCI, Mahamat Djidda a indiqu\u00e9 que les projets d\u2019appui \u00e0 la restructuration, l\u2019animation et la planification locale, viennent appuyer la mise en place et l\u2019accompagnement des communaut\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la r\u00e9vision du plan de d\u00e9veloppement cantonal et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des acteurs locaux dans son processus de planification<\/p>\n

Dans son allocution d\u2019ouverture, le gouverneur de la province Ouadda\u00ef, Brahim a salu\u00e9 l\u2019action de l\u2019ONG BCI, qui selon lui cadre parfaitement avec la vision 20-30 et qui met l\u2019accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement local des communaut\u00e9s et la responsabilisation \u00e0 la base.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
