Halim\u00e9 Bouy\u00e9 Mahmoud<\/b><\/p>\n

n\u2019est plus colonel, l\u2019officier sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019arm\u00e9e de terre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 au grade de g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade. Une promotion \u00e0 titre exceptionnel accord\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la Journ\u00e9e internationale des droits de la femme. C\u2019est la toute premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019une femme est pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e \u00e0 ce rang dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Elle a laiss\u00e9 entendre qu\u2019elle va militer pour le bien-\u00eatre des femmes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les rangs de l\u2019arm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
