Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le Mouvement d\u2019Action pour le Changement au Tchad (MACT) annonce dans un communiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne participera plus ni aux assises du Pr\u00e9-dialogue qui s\u2019ouvre \u00e0 Doha ce dimanche 13 mars \u2013 ni au Dialogue national inclusif pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 Ndjamena au mois de mai 2022.<\/p>\n

Selon Ali Ordjo Hemchi, pr\u00e9sident du MACT, \u201cnotre retrait ainsi que notre refus d\u2019\u00eatre complice d\u2019une fumeuse op\u00e9ration de ruse politicienne est dict\u00e9 par des consid\u00e9rations objectives et compr\u00e9hensibles\u201d.<\/p>\n

Il rel\u00e8ve que malgr\u00e9 les assurances mi\u00e9leuses donn\u00e9es par les \u00e9missaires du CTS aux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du MACT lors des \u00e9changes tr\u00e8s approfondis des 19 et 26 octobre 2021au Caire, et au terme desquels il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu que les cinq membres de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du MACT recevront leurs passeports avant la tenue du pr\u00e9-dialogue, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour ceux-ci ne leur sont toujours pas parvenus.<\/p>\n

Pour le pr\u00e9sident du mouvement, c\u2019est le lieu d\u2019exprimer toute sa gratitude au gouvernement du Qatar qui n\u2019a m\u00e9nag\u00e9 aucun effort pour faciliter leur participation au pr\u00e9-dialogue de Doha.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, le MACT souligne que l\u2019\u00e9viction inattendue du Pr\u00e9sident Goukouni Weddeye du processus du dialogue inter-tchadien l\u2019inqui\u00e8te et confirme sa suspicion que ce dialogue inclusif tant agit\u00e9 dans les discours officiels que dans les m\u00e9dias va irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement ressembler \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence nationale de 1993 dont \u2013 au-del\u00e0 de son caract\u00e8re spectaculaire, les recommandations, r\u00e9solutions et cahiers de charges n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9s par le r\u00e9gime MPS qui s\u2019est cramponn\u00e9 au pouvoir pendant 30 ans sans coup f\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n

\u201cLe MACT ainsi que des patriotes Tchadiens de plus en plus nombreux ont \u00e9vent\u00e9 la grossi\u00e8re ruse du CMT, son pr\u00e9sident et son gouvernement qui n\u2019ont manifestement aucune intention de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre r\u00e9publicain, obs\u00e9d\u00e9s qu\u2019ils sont \u00e0 embarquer le peuple Tchadien dans une malicieuse entourloupe politicienne\u201d, affirme Ali Ordjo Hemchi.<\/p>\n

Le MACT affirme qu\u2019il \u201cn\u2019accorde aucune pr\u00e9somption de bonne foi au CMT qui se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 asseoir un r\u00e9gime Deby fils\u201d et que le CMT assumera devant le peuple et l\u2019histoire les cons\u00e9quences qui adviendront. Rapport\u00e9 par Alwihda<\/p>\n
