Le premier PNA du Tchad est rendu public cette ann\u00e9e. Voici ses objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Au pays, le processus PNA a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2016 avec l\u2019appui du Programme des Nations unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement (PNUD) dans le cadre du programme d\u2019appui global aux PNA (PAG-PNA) et du Fonds pour l\u2019environnement mondial en commen\u00e7ant par l\u2019identification des besoins et lacunes en mati\u00e8re de planification de l\u2019adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le Tchad, ce premier PNA est un document strat\u00e9gique qui pr\u00e9sente des priorit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation et vient renforcer la perspective de long terme et les liens entre les priorit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation, les besoins de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Il cherche principalement \u00e0 :<br \/>\n-identifier les principales lacunes et obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019adaptation dans la planification ;<br \/>\n-identifier les besoins en termes de connaissances, capacit\u00e9s, et coordination institutionnelles ;<br \/>\n-int\u00e9grer l\u2019aspect genre dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre des actions d\u2019adaptation ;<br \/>\n-pr\u00e9senter un processus pour la r\u00e9actualisation du Plan national d\u2019adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus PNA se veut align\u00e9 sur la vision 2030 de d\u00e9veloppement \u00ab Le Tchad que nous voulons \u00bb dont l\u2019un des axes prioritaires a pour objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie de la population et de r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales tout en assurant la pr\u00e9servation des ressources naturelles et s\u2019adaptant aux changements climatiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\">Tchad<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
