Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Les deux syndicats des magistrats \u00e0 savoir le syndicat des magistrats du Tchad(SMT) et le syndicat autonome des magistrats du Tchad(SYAMAT) observent une gr\u00e8ve de trois jours sur tout le territoire national depuis ce matin Jeudi 17 mars 2022, ils protestent contre l\u2019agression du juge de Mao.<\/p>\n

T\u00f4t ce matin au palais de justice de Ndjamena, la cours est vide . Le mot d\u2019ordre de la gr\u00e8ve est totalement respect\u00e9. Ces magistrats en col\u00e8re protestent contre la r\u00e9currente question d\u2019 ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 en milieu judiciaire en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et en particulier celle de l\u2019agression physique du magistrat de Mao et l\u2019attaque perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 contre le palais de justice de ladite ville.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision est prise \u00e0 travers une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale tenue ce jour mercredi 16 mars 2022. \u00c0 travers cette assembl\u00e9e, les magistrats demandent \u00e0 tous leurs coll\u00e8gues exer\u00e7ant dans la ville de Mongo de regagner N\u2019Djamena dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n
