Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 17 mars, la Plateforme Syndicale Revendicative constate avec regret une certaine lenteur dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des diff\u00e9rents points retenus dans le pacte social sign\u00e9 le 04 octobre 2021.<\/p>\n

Selon le communiqu\u00e9, tous les points qui devraient d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s au plus tard fin du mois de janvier 2022, seuls les frais de transport sont ent rain d\u2019\u00eatre respect\u00e9s correctement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Quelques rappels des salaires des agents sont timidement observ\u00e9s \u00e7a et l\u00e0. Pour le reste, le gouvernement semble pr\u00eater aucune attention. Il s\u2019agir de la cr\u00e9ation du haut conseil d\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique tripartite;<\/p>\n

\u2013 La mise en place d\u2019une comit\u00e9 technique tripartite charg\u00e9 du suivi de l\u2019application du pacte social;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Le paiement mensuel des pensions de retraite \u00e0 partir du mois de janvier 2022 ainsi que le paiement de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de pension de retraite \u00e0 partir d\u2019octobre 2021;<\/p>\n

\u2013 La prise en compte de la valeur du point d\u2019indice de 115 dans le calcul de pension \u00e0 compter de janvier 2022;<\/p>\n

\u2013 La finalisation du r\u00e9tablissement des indemnit\u00e9s de craie et de documentation;<\/p>\n

\u2013 La relecture de la loi No 032\/PR\/2016 du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016, ainsi que les autres points qui n\u2019ont pas incidences financi\u00e8res;<\/p>\n

\u2013 La prise compte des effets financiers des avancements et reclassements avec rappels etc.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, la Plateforme Syndicale Revendicative demande au Gouvernement de relancer la commission charg\u00e9e de recruter les jeunes \u00e0 la fonction publique ainsi que la commission de r\u00e9solution de la situation des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s faux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Un d\u00e9lai de deux semaines au Gouvernement pour trouver une solution faute de quoi la Plateforme Syndicale Revendicative se verra dans l\u2019obligation de reconsid\u00e9rer sa position par rapport au pacte social sign\u00e9 avec le Gouvernement.<\/p>\n
