Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Pour des questions de r\u00e9inscription et d\u2019enr\u00f4lement, des \u00e9tudiants ont manifest\u00e9 ce lundi 21 mars. 6 d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s par la police. 6 \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9s ce 21 mars par la police.<\/p>\n

Ils \u00e9taient arr\u00eat\u00e9s lors d\u2019une manifestation. Les responsables des \u00e9tudiants ont pris attache avec la police pour leur lib\u00e9ration. Ils \u00e9taient plusieurs \u00e0 exprimer leur col\u00e8re ce jour.<\/p>\n

Selon des \u00e9tudiants interrog\u00e9s, tout a commenc\u00e9 au rectorat de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de N\u2019Djamena. \u2019\u2019Les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9taient partis au rectorat pour pouvoir rencontrer le chef de service de la scolarit\u00e9, pour ne serait-ce qu\u2019\u00e9changer avec lui\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Les gendarmes en faction devant ladite institution ont emp\u00each\u00e9 ces derniers d\u2019entrer. M\u00e9contents, des \u00e9tudiants \u00e9taient revenus \u00e0 leur lieu de formation et ont brul\u00e9 des pneus.<\/p>\n

Les agents du Groupement mobile d\u2019intervention de la police (GMIP) ont d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 sur le lieu. Ils sont entr\u00e9s dans la cour de la facult\u00e9, ce fut un \u00e9change de morceaux de briques et de gaz lacrymog\u00e8nes entre la police et les \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n

Selon le secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Union nationale des \u00e9tudiants tchadiens (UNET), section de N\u2019Djamena, Yaya Barka\u00ef, environs 6 \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s par la police.<\/p>\n

Les mobiles de la manifestation Selon des \u00e9tudiants rencontr\u00e9s, ce mouvement d\u2019humeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 caus\u00e9 par quelques \u00e9tudiants non-inscrits. Ces derniers ont demand\u00e9 une prorogation du d\u00e9lai d\u2019inscription car plusieurs d\u2019entre eux n\u2019ont pas pu s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 temps, faute de moyens financiers.<\/p>\n

D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les autres \u00e9voquent le laxisme du rectorat dans l\u2019enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9tudiants d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrits. \u2019\u2019Cela fait quelque temps qu\u2019on s\u2019\u00e9tait inscrit mais nous n\u2019avons pas eu nos cartes\u2019\u2019, a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019un d\u2019eux dans la foul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Ils disent avoir effectu\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s du bureau de l\u2019UNET section de N\u2019Djamena mais en vain. Selon une source du rectorat, des enr\u00f4lements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faits, sauf que les cartes n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Notre source indique que la machine qui imprimait les cartes d\u2019\u00e9tudiant \u00e9tait en panne mais que les efforts sont en train d\u2019\u00eatre fait. Tout de m\u00eame, ajoute-il, une fiche d\u2019inscription a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise aux \u00e9tudiants qui se sont r\u00e9inscrits afin de leur permettre de faire les cours et examens.<\/p>\n
