Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Une semaine apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture officielle, et deux reports, les choses semblent reprendre ce mardi 22 mars avec certainement une nouvelle approche. Selon nos informations, le Qatar, accepte d\u2019\u00eatre pays m\u00e9diateur.<\/p>\n

Ils ont rencontr\u00e9 deux repr\u00e9sentants par groupe, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire le Pr\u00e9sident et un de ses collaborateurs. Les deux reports de 72 heures et 48 heures ont permis \u00e0 chaque partie d\u2019affiner ses documents de discussions avec la partie gouvernementale. Il \u00e9tait question de rentrer dans le vif des sujets. L\u2019ensemble des participants politico-militaires ont sign\u00e9 un document qui stipule l\u2019acceptation du Qatar comme m\u00e9diateur.<\/p>\n

La v\u00e9ritable n\u00e9gociation se jouera entre le gouvernement et le groupe de l\u2019opposition arm\u00e9e dit groupe de \u201cLom\u00e9 et Rome\u201d et qui regroupe en son sein pas moins d\u2019une vingtaine de mouvements rebelles. Ce groupe soumettra \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation qatarie un document contenant 23 points qui doit servir de base des discussions. A c\u00f4t\u00e9 du premier, il y a \u00e9galement le groupe de \u201cDoha\u201d qui a certainement ses revendications \u00e0 soumettre.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9-dialogue de Doha est cens\u00e9 pr\u00e9parer la participation de tous les groupes rebelles au Dialogue national Inclusif. Au regard des agendas des uns et des autres, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident que tous les rebelles r\u00e9pondront au rendez-vous du 10 mai 2022. Il n\u2019est pas non plus exclu qu\u2019un nombre important de ces rebelles et autres exil\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 Doha puissent signer un accord avec le gouvernement pour regagner le bercail.<\/p>\n
