Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le pr\u00e9sident du Parti socialiste sans fronti\u00e8res (PSF), Yaya Diallo Djerou Betchi, a annonc\u00e9 ce 23 mars 2022 l\u2019organisation du marche le 26 mars prochain pour exiger le respect de la p\u00e9riode de la transition et d\u00e9noncer l\u2019inertie du gouvernement face \u00e0 la chert\u00e9 de la vie.<\/p>\n

Pour ce qui est de la transition, Yaya Diallo Djerou Betchi estime que sa formation politique a une position de fermet\u00e9 et de clart\u00e9 pour ne pas donner la chance \u00e0 la junte de recopier les erreurs de tous les simulacres de dialogue que le r\u00e9gime a organis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9cri\u00e9 la mise en place unilat\u00e9rale et partiale du Comit\u00e9 du Dialogue National Inclusif (CODNI) et du Conseil National de Transition (CNT).<\/p>\n

Nous avons revendiqu\u00e9 la r\u00e9conciliation avec les acteurs politico-militaires pour qu’il y ait un dialogue national vraiment sinc\u00e8re et une paix d\u00e9finitive dans notre pays.<\/p>\n

Nous avons soumis des propositions objectivement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies relatives aux crit\u00e8res de participation au Dialogue National Inclusif, l\u2019agenda et les th\u00e9matiques \u00e0 d\u00e9battre lors des assises.<\/p>\n

Mais aucune suite n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 ces propositions ; ce qui confirme la mauvaise foi de la junte et ses m\u00e9thodes unilat\u00e9rales d\u2019imposition des r\u00e8gles du jeu \u00bb, constate-il.<\/p>\n

Selon Diallo Djerou Betchi les derni\u00e8res informations en provenance de Doha \u00ab prouvent \u00e0 suffisance ce que nous avons toujours pr\u00e9venu, \u00e0 savoir la mauvaise foi de la junte qui est la suite logique de l\u2019ancien syst\u00e8me et qui refuse toujours de d\u00e9clencher un processus de transition cr\u00e9dible devant d\u00e9boucher \u00e0 des \u00e9lections v\u00e9ritablement d\u00e9mocratiques \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Toutefois, il est tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t de faire des conclusions h\u00e2tives sur le pr\u00e9-dialogue de Doha pour l\u2019instant, mais d\u00e9j\u00e0, \u00e0 travers certains indices telles que la d\u00e9mission du Pr\u00e9sident Goukouni Weddeye, la fabrication des mouvements politico-militaires fictifs et la pl\u00e9thore des repr\u00e9sentants de la junte \u00e0 Doha, cela am\u00e8ne \u00e0 croire fermement que la junte est toujours dans sa logique de conservation du pouvoir par tous les subterfuges possibles \u00bb, s\u2019inqui\u00e8te le pr\u00e9sident national du Parti socialiste sans fronti\u00e8res. Pour lui, les pr\u00e9-dialogues ont plus de chance d\u2019\u00eatre un \u00e9chec qu\u2019une r\u00e9ussite au bon vouloir du peuple tchadien.<\/p>\n

Consid\u00e9rant ces d\u00e9viances potentielles de la junte et soup\u00e7onnant que celle-ci joue aux dilatoires en vue de justifier la prolongation de la p\u00e9riode de transition, le PSF annonce qu\u2019il organisera par anticipation une marche pacifique le samedi 26 mars 2022 en vue d\u2019exiger le respect de la p\u00e9riode transitoire de 18 mois et de d\u00e9noncer l\u2019inertie du Gouvernement de la junte face aux conditions sociales difficiles, notamment la chert\u00e9 de vie, qui frappent de plein fouet les m\u00e9nages tchadiens, particuli\u00e8rement les m\u00e9nages pauvres.<\/p>\n
