Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Apr\u00e8s plus d\u2019un mois, les victimes des tueries de Sandana attendent l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un proc\u00e8s. Hier, \u00e0 Sarh, le collectif d\u2019avocats d\u00e9fendant les victimes de Sandana a anim\u00e9 un point de presse pour d\u00e9plorer la lenteur dans le d\u00e9roulement de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n

Selon le porte-parole du collectif, Me Midaye Guerimbaye, des personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9es et n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la Justice. Toujours d\u2019apr\u00e8s le collectif, le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 cerveau de ces massacres n\u2019est pas encore mis aux arr\u00eats.<\/p>\n

Ce qui fait monter la tension des parents des victimes malgr\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes missions gouvernementales \u00e0 Sandana. Selon les avocats, quelques questions fondamentales de droit m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre pos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi un certain nombre de mesures \u00e0 observer s\u2019agissant notamment du proc\u00e8s p\u00e9nal \u00e9tablies dans le Code de proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale en vigueur au Tchad ne sont pas respect\u00e9es par la Justice ? Lesquels sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s auteurs, complices et o\u00f9 sont-ils plac\u00e9s apr\u00e8s leur arrestation ? Sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de quelle juridiction et avec quelles garanties? La Justice a-telle des difficult\u00e9s dans l\u2019accomplissement de sa mission? Pourquoi le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre ex\u00e9cuteur Garam court encore sans inqui\u00e9tude quelconque ?<\/p>\n

Au nom du collectif, Me Midaye Guerimbaye porte \u00e0 la connaissance de l\u2019opinion nationale et internationale que vu la tension qui pr\u00e9vaut \u00e0 Sandana, si la Justice ne prend pas les choses en main de fa\u00e7on rapide, le Collectif s\u2019engage \u00e0 mener la lutte pour que la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 soit faite, les victimes soient r\u00e9par\u00e9es et que la justice soit rendue \u00e0 tous au nom du peuple tchadien.<\/p>\n
