Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association des femmes pour la paix et la sensibilisation au Tchad (AFPST), Achta Adoum Bichi, a fait un point de presse ce samedi. Sa sortie \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur la chert\u00e9 de la vie.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les denr\u00e9es alimentaires, notamment le pain, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, l\u00e9gumes, sucre, etc.<\/p>\n

, deviennent de plus en plus cher dans les march\u00e9s de la capitale, partant de tout le pays, rendant la vie de nombreux m\u00e9nages tr\u00e8s difficile \u00bb, a lanc\u00e9 d\u2019embl\u00e9e Achta Adoum Bichi. Il note particuli\u00e8rement le cas du pain qui, depuis quelques jours, est pass\u00e9 de 100F \u00e0 125 voire 150 F par endroits.<\/p>\n

La pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Association des femmes pour la paix et la sensibilisation au Tchad (AFPST), d\u00e9plore que dans cette situation, ce sont les femmes et les enfants qui sont les premi\u00e8res victimes.<\/p>\n

Elle interpelle le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition \u00e0 s\u2019investir pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de la flamb\u00e9e de prix du pain et d\u2019autres produits alimentaires \u00ab devenu une probl\u00e9matique \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9quations \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Car, souligne la pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019AFPST, en cette p\u00e9riode de transition, le gouvernement devrait s\u2019atteler \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une politique sociale en subventionnant les denr\u00e9es alimentaires.<\/p>\n

Pour Achta Adoum Bichi, le Tchad qui s\u2019est engag\u00e9 dans un processus de dialogue et de r\u00e9conciliation entre ses fils, a un imp\u00e9ratif de faire manger d\u00e9cemment ses citoyens.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Car, on ne peut pas s\u2019engager dans la voie de la recherche de la paix et laisser les gens mourir de faim. La faim en elle-m\u00eame constitue une source d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, fait-elle comprendre.<\/p>\n

Le Tchad \u00e9tant un pays \u00e0 vocation agropastoral, la pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019AFPST exhorte le gouvernement ainsi que les entreprises nationales et multinationales \u00e0 investir dans l\u2019agriculture et l\u2019\u00e9levage afin de \u00ab r\u00e9gler d\u00e9finitivement le probl\u00e8me de la faim au Tchad \u00bb. Elle invite en fin les commer\u00e7ants \u00e0 moins de cupidit\u00e9 en cette p\u00e9riode de ramadan qui s\u2019annonce.<\/p>\n
