Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La ville de Koumra a abrit\u00e9 ce samedi la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019implantation du parti Union pour la Refondation du Tchad (URT) et d\u2019installation des membres de son bureau ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n

Tout a commenc\u00e9 par le discours d\u2019ouverture et de mot de bienvenue du pr\u00e9sident d\u2019organisation Guiryenouba Monrocher pour implanter le d\u00e9cor des assises. Pour lui, le peuple tchadien est affam\u00e9 et assoiff\u00e9 de la bonne gouvernance, de la paix, du d\u00e9veloppement et de la justice.<\/p>\n

Raison pour laquelle l\u2019av\u00e8nement du parti Union pour la Refondation du Tchad (URT) est une nouvelle lueur pour la population tchadienne en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et celle du Mandoul en particulier.<\/p>\n

Quant au secr\u00e9taire national, Mbailassem Masra, il salue l\u2019esprit de camaraderie qui a pr\u00e9valu dans l\u2019organisation de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie. Il demande au bureau ex\u00e9cutif de coordonner la mise en place des sections d\u00e9partementales du parti dans toute la province.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agira d\u2019identifier des jeunes dynamiques, dignes de confiance susceptible de constituer les bureaux de sections d\u00e9partementales qui aideront \u00e0 la sensibilisation sans douter de leur comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n

Mandoul sera un des grands fiefs de l\u2019URT, lance-t-il. S\u2019adressant \u00e0 la population, il lui demande de ne pas se laisser d\u00e9tourner. C\u2019est le moment pour elle de briser les barri\u00e8res ethniques, g\u00e9ographiques pour s\u2019unir afin de refonder le pays meurtri depuis plus de trois d\u00e9cennies, sensibilise-t-il.<\/p>\n

Car l\u2019URT s\u2019engage sur la voie de l\u2019\u00e9mergence o\u00f9 on ne parlera plus des probl\u00e8mes sectoriels notamment l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau, l\u2019emploi des jeunes, le manque des structures universitaires, l\u2019exportation des filles et fils du grand Mandoul vers le site d\u2019orpaillage, le foncier, les voies de communication qui relie les villes du Mandoul ou encore le pont sur le Bahr Sara.<\/p>\n

Pour le secr\u00e9taire provincial du parti, Adoum Antoine, c\u2019est une marque de confiance plac\u00e9e en sa modeste personne et il y a lieu d\u2019\u00eatre reconnaissant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du pr\u00e9sident fondateur du parti, dit-il.<\/p>\n

L\u2019heure est \u00e0 la lutte contre tous les maux qui minent le d\u00e9veloppement du Tchad \u00e0 savoir : la corruption, l\u2019injustice, l\u2019anarchie, le client\u00e9lisme, l\u2019impunit\u00e9\u2026 Avec le parti URT, le changement est possible, affirme le secr\u00e9taire provincial.<\/p>\n

Il invite ses camarades militants de la province de se mettre r\u00e9solument au travail pour l\u2019atteinte des objectifs dudit parti. Il faut noter que la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la lecture de l\u2019arret\u00e9 de nomination et la pr\u00e9sentation des membres du bureau ex\u00e9cutif \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
