Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Un atelier de pr\u00e9sentation du projet \u00ab Gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re inclusive et juste au Tchad \u00bb a organis\u00e9 ce 06 avril 2022 \u00e0 Sarh, par Oxfam au Tchad. L’objectif de cet atelier, est d’informer les autorit\u00e9s administratives, traditionnelles et religieuses, de quelques membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, ainsi que les m\u00e9dias, afin d’animer le d\u00e9bat sur les enjeux fonciers dans la province.<\/p>\n

Selon le chef de mission, cet atelier va aussi permettre d’identifier et de cr\u00e9er des alliances et des synergies potentielles avec les intervenants, sur le foncier dans les provinces du Moyen Chari. Pour lui, il y a un s\u00e9rieux conflit en ce qui concerne le foncier au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, il a ajout\u00e9 qu’il faudrait s\u00e9curiser et mettre en valeur ces terres au profit des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, et renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de plaidoyer des organisations des jeunes, des femmes, et des leaders de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n

Les participants n’ont pas perdu de vue la mauvaise gestion et le manque de sensibilisation de l’\u00c9tat tchadien, concernant le probl\u00e8me foncier dans les quatre coins du pays.<\/p>\n

Ils ont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que si la question fonci\u00e8re est mal r\u00e9gl\u00e9e, cela risquerait de cr\u00e9er un v\u00e9ritable un danger sans que l’\u00c9tat ne s\u2019en rende compte. Il faut noter aussi que ce projet intervient dans 10 province du Tchad.<\/p>\n
