Baobab dans la province du Mayo Kebbi Est dont il est originaire, l\u2019officier sup\u00e9rieur, Routouang Yoma Golom a su mettre son savoir-faire au sein de l\u2019administration et de l\u2019arm\u00e9e tchadienne. Il a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de responsabilit\u00e9s dans le gouvernement, au parlement et dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e. Il est reconnu pour son ouverture \u00e0 la jeunesse et grand conseiller de la jeunesse. Il est d\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale depuis 2011.<\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Routouang Yoma Golom est membre du Mouvement patriotique du salut (MPS), le parti au pouvoir. Sous l\u2019ancien r\u00e9gime, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ministre de la justice, garde des sceaux. En 2002, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 ministre de l\u2019agriculture par l\u2019actuel chef d\u2019Etat, Idriss Deby Itno. Un an plus tard, il est envoy\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re des Postes et t\u00e9l\u00e9communications. En 2004, Idriss Deby le d\u00e9place pour le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019administration territorial, ensuite au minist\u00e8re du commerce et de l\u2019industrie. Le dernier d\u00e9partement minist\u00e9riel qu\u2019il a g\u00e9r\u00e9 est celui de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique et de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur en 2006.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 MPS pour la province du Mayo Kebbi Est a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la commission parlementaire D\u00e9fense et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; la commission Politique G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Institutions, Lois, Affaires Administratives et Judiciaires. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du de la commission sp\u00e9ciale charg\u00e9e de l\u2019examen du projet de Loi constitutionnelle Il est le p\u00e8re de l\u2019actuel ministre de la jeunesse et des sports, Routouang Mohamed Christian.<\/p>\n

\u00ab J\u2019ai appris avec tristesse le d\u00e9c\u00e8s du d\u00e9put\u00e9 Routouang Yoma Golom. Notre pays perd un de ses dignes fils, un officier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de grande valeur, un administrateur rompu et un sage \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e9prouv\u00e9e.
