Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le personnel de l’Agence tchadienne de presse et de l’\u00e9dition (ATPE) d\u00e9crie les conditions de vie de leur travail et demande une action urgente des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

C’est \u00e0 travers un point de presse fait ce 9 avril 2022 \u00e0 la maison des m\u00e9dias que le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du personnel, Blaise Djimadoum Ngarngoune, a expliqu\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9marches entreprises aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s de tutelle. Le personnel de l’ATPE revendique 18 mois d’arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de primes et indemnit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s plusieurs s\u00e9ances de travail avec la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d’administration le 31 janvier dernier, avec la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le directeur de communication du premier ministre de transition et bien d’autres d\u00e9marches entreprises courant janvier et f\u00e9vrier 2022, le personnel a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire des concessions pour reprendre le travail \u00e0 temps plein et donner ainsi une chance \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n

Mais jusqu’\u00e0 ce jour, les promesses faites sont rest\u00e9es sans suite. Selon plusieurs sources, le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition aurait instruit le gouvernement de d\u00e9bloquer une somme pour soulager l’ATPE et la Maison des m\u00e9dias du Tchad.<\/p>\n

Mais, l’ATPE constate avec regret que l’administration, le minist\u00e8re et les autres autorit\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es ont fait preuve de mauvaise foi. Devant cette impasse, les agents se sont r\u00e9solus \u00e0 interpeller une fois de plus le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Militaire de Transition et le Premier ministre de transition.<\/p>\n

D’ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, le personnel pr\u00e9voit une marche pacifique le vendredi 15 avril prochain pour se faire entendre. La marche commencera devant le minist\u00e8re de la Communication, derri\u00e8re l\u2019ancien local de la RNT, jusqu’au minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget.<\/p>\n
