Excellence, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une affaire d\u2019escroquerie organis\u00e9e dont nous citoyens Tchadiens sommes victimes. Il y avait trois (03) Nig\u00e9rians :<\/p>\n<p>Le matin du 24 janvier 2022, on apprend que les dirigeants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sont en fuite. Effectivement, il s\u2019agit des trois (03) Nig\u00e9rians. Le montant global d\u2019escroquerie s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 deux milliards (2 000 000 000) francs CFA.<\/p>\n<p>Le 25 janvier 2022, nous avons port\u00e9 plainte \u00e0 la justice qui n\u2019a pas donn\u00e9 de suite. Le 02 f\u00e9vrier 2022, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat international, qui n\u2019a toujours pas abouti \u00e0 leur arrestation.<\/p>\n<p>Le 12 mars 2022, nous avons port\u00e9 une deuxi\u00e8me plainte qui n\u2019a toujours pas donn\u00e9 de suite. Ils ont des complices dans l\u2019administration tchadienne et au sein du gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>Sort des victimes Dans le rang des victimes, il y a eu neuf(9) personnes qui sont mortes et trois sont devenues folles. L\u2019Etat a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et ces escrocs nig\u00e9rians ont commis un crime \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Nous victimes, nous demandons qu\u2019une mesure \u00e0 titre exceptionnel soit prise pour que nous soyons d\u00e9dommag\u00e9s afin qu\u2019une stabilit\u00e9 sociale r\u00e8gne dans notre vie.<\/p>\n<p>Excellence Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, le probl\u00e8me est s\u00e9rieux.
