Et pour faire face \u00e0 cette situation, les \u00e9tudiants payent le prix, avec la suppression de la bourse d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme facteur de motivation pour les uns, et une garantie pour les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Si la bourse fait partie des 16 mesures initi\u00e9es par le gouvernement pendant la p\u00e9riode de crise financi\u00e8re et \u00e9conomique que le Tchad a travers\u00e9e, sa restauration est tant souhait\u00e9e, le pr\u00e9sident du CMT ayant fait une promesse aux \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, Lucie Beassemda, lors de son s\u00e9jour au minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la question de la bourse : \u00ab nous sommes en pleine ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique, donc la restauration n&rsquo;est pas possible \u00bb, explique-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pourquoi cette restauration de la bourse des \u00e9tudiants tarde encore ? Une interrogation que se pose en silence le secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif de l&rsquo;UNET, section de Ndjam\u00e9na, Yaya Barka\u00ef. Et au bureau de l&rsquo;UNET nationale, le pr\u00e9sident et ses collaborateurs en font leur cheval de bataille.<\/p>\n<p>La question de la restauration de la bourse est cruciale, du moment o\u00f9 les \u00e9tudiants n&rsquo;ont pas de prise en charge sanitaire, ni logement, ni bus de transport \u00e0 tout moment, sans oublier la quantit\u00e9 insuffisante de plats au restaurant, explique Djirassem Thal\u00e8s, assistant \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des sciences de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (Fased).<\/p>\n<p>Alors qu\u2019une nouvelle ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique s&rsquo;annonce, la question de la bourse universitaire reste d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment dans le tiroir.
