Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La commune du premier arrondissement de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na vient d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019am\u00e9nagement routier \u00e0 savoir une niveleuse et un camion benne. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de r\u00e9ception de ces mat\u00e9riels \u00e0 eu lieu ce 15 avril 2022, au sein m\u00eame de ladite commune en pr\u00e9sence du Gouverneur de la ville de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na, des Maires des communes d\u2019arrondissement, les conseillers municipaux, ainsi des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de quartiers et chefs de carr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Dans son mot de bienvenue, le Maire de la commune du 1er arrondissement, Djibrine Mahamat Abdelkerim, a exprim\u00e9 sa satisfaction face \u00e0 cette acquisition qui selon lui, \u00ab est un accomplissement de plusieurs mois de travail, de n\u00e9gociation et d\u2019aboutissement auquel l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif communal s\u2019est donn\u00e9 le temps et les moyens pour le concr\u00e9tiser \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Djibrine Mahamat Abdelkerim, a saisit cette occasion pour lancer un appel \u00e0 l\u2019endroit de la population de s\u2019acquitter de ses devoirs \u00e0 savoir le paiement de la taxe d\u2019habitation et de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019adoption des comportements civiques et la gestion des ordures.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9ceptionnant les cl\u00e9s du camion benne et de la niveleuse, le Gouverneur de la ville de N\u2019Djam\u00e9na, G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Brahim Seid a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 et encourag\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s du 1er arrondissement de la ville pour cette acquisition surtout sur fonds propres et ce, malgr\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes crises que subissent les institutions.<\/p>\n

G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Brahim Seid a exhort\u00e9 les autres communes d\u2019embo\u00eeter le pas afin de disposer de leurs propres moyens roulants pour contribuer \u00e0 leur autonomie.<\/p>\n

<\/a>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a pris fin avec la remises de cl\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise King City au Gouverneur qui a son tour remis les cl\u00e9s au Maire du 1er arrondissement.<\/p>\n
