Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie qui selon le coordonnateur Casimir Ndoloum intervient apr\u00e8s l’organisation de la 12\u00e8me \u00e9dition du concours qui s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en septembre.<\/p>\n

Des chantiers \u00e9normes attendent l’institution et pas des moindres comme \u00ab promouvoir une documentation OHADA et des publications qui doivent se faire dans le temps \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le coordonnateur.<\/p>\n

Initiatives \u00ab sources de b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions et qui annoncent les d\u00e9buts des semailles qui doivent prendre avant la fin des premi\u00e8res pluies\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Casimir Ndoloum avec enthousiasme. L’urgence de lancer les activit\u00e9s s’impose donc \u00e0 l’OHADA, a expliqu\u00e9 son coordonnateur.<\/p>\n

Ce d’autant plus que ces activit\u00e9s s’inscrivent dans les objectifs que s’est assign\u00e9 le CADOT \u00e0 savoir \u00e9riger un club OHADA \u00e0 l’universit\u00e9 de N’djamena, promouvoir des formations professionnelles et universitaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les \u0153uvres de la cr\u00e9ation des cadres de promotion et de vulgarisation du droit, a renseign\u00e9 Casimir Ndoloum.<\/p>\n

L’OHADA s’int\u00e8gre en milieu professionnel universitaires \u00e0 travers des initiatives comme le concours \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9nie en herbes\u00a0\u00bb. Ce concours sera ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 d’autres actions de planification d’envergure ainsi que des activit\u00e9s traditionnelles telles que la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection au concours national et international.<\/p>\n

Une ambition qui fonde la strat\u00e9gie du CADOT. Aux deux clubs institu\u00e9s, Casimir Ndoloum a prescrit de s’inspirer de la devise du CADOT : comp\u00e9tence, responsabilit\u00e9 et dynamisme pour forger leurs ambitions personnelles et associatives en mati\u00e8re de recherche et de connaissance sur l’OHADA.<\/p>\n

Et ce, afin de construire \u00ab\u00a0des comp\u00e9tences transfrontali\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb. En remettant quelques ouvrages de l’OHADA aux \u00e9tudiants, le coordonnateur les a appel\u00e9s \u00e0 voir ce geste comme \u00ab\u00a0une invitation \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la recherche\u00a0\u00bb car, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0leur travail est d’\u00e9tudier\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00e0 laquelle a pris part l’ancien procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s du parquet d’instance de N’djamena, Youssouf Tom, s’est achev\u00e9e par la remise de quelques dons aux \u00e9tudiants de l’universit\u00e9 de N’djamena.<\/p>\n
