Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Juste un an, apr\u00e8s la prise de pouvoir d\u2019Idriss D\u00e9by, en 1991, est n\u00e9 le Mouvement pour la D\u00e9mocratie et le D\u00e9veloppement (MDD de Moussa Medela). Les rebelles du MDD op\u00e8rent \u00e0 l\u2019Ouest \u00e0 quelques 300 kilom\u00e8tres de la capitale N\u2019Djam\u00e9na, notamment, au Lac Tchad avec de bases arri\u00e8res au Niger, au Nigeria et au Cameroun.<\/p>\n

En 1992, voient le jour d\u2019autres groupes arm\u00e9s, notamment, le Front national du Tchad (FNT du docteur Haris Bachar), le Conseil national de redressement (CNR d\u2019Abbas Koty) et le Conseil de Sursaut National pour la Paix et la D\u00e9mocratie (CSNPD du lieutenant K\u00e9tte Nodji Moise).<\/p>\n

En 1994, un autre maquisard tentera de faire partir le pr\u00e9sident D\u00e9by avec son mouvement FNR (Forces nationales de R\u00e9sistance). Il s\u2019agit du lieutenant-colonel Mahamat Garfa.<\/p>\n

Quatre ans plus tard, c\u2019est le r\u00e9put\u00e9 magistrat, plusieurs fois ministres, Youssouf Togo\u00efmi qui se rebella contre feu Idriss D\u00e9by avec son Mouvement pour la Justice et la D\u00e9mocratie au Tchad (MDJT).<\/p>\n

N\u00e9 en 2005, le Front uni pour le changement (FUC) de Mahamat Nour Abdelk\u00e9rim a fait m\u00eame une incursion jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la capitale, le 13 avril 2006, avant de regagner la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 le poste de ministre de la D\u00e9fense nationale.<\/p>\n

Entre 2003 et 2008, ce sont l\u2019UFDD du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahamat Nouri, l\u2019UFR de Timan Erdimi qui se sont fait entendre par les armes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9chouer aux portes du palais pr\u00e9sidentiel les 2 et 3 f\u00e9vrier 2008.<\/p>\n

D\u2019autres mouvements rebelles ont tent\u00e9 plus ou moins de chasser du pouvoir feu pr\u00e9sident Idriss D\u00e9by, notamment, le RND (Rassemblement national pour la d\u00e9mocratie au Tchad), l\u2019UFPD (Union des forces pour le progr\u00e8s et la d\u00e9mocratie), l\u2019AN (Alliance nationale).<\/p>\n

Tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment, l\u2019on parle du Front pour l\u2019alternance et la concorde au Tchad (FACT) n\u00e9 en 2016 de la dissidence avec l\u2019Union des forces pour la d\u00e9mocratie et le d\u00e9veloppement (UFDD), du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahamat Nouri.<\/p>\n

Actuellement, avec la mort du mar\u00e9chal du Tchad et la transition mise en place, plus de 50 groupes arm\u00e9s dits les politico-militaires sont en pr\u00e9-dialogue avec le gouvernement pour enterrer d\u00e9finitivement la hache de guerre et tourner la page tumultueuse des r\u00e9bellions arm\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
