Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Les populations de Donia, dans la province du Logone oriental ont eu des \u00e9chauffour\u00e9es avec les autorit\u00e9s administratives et s\u00e9curitaires, suite \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation d\u2019un propri\u00e9taire de moto et son engin.<\/b><\/p>\n

Tout commence le 19 avril 2022, avec l\u2019arrestation d\u2019une moto et son propri\u00e9taire par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la gendarmerie. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les forces de maintien de l\u2019ordre, la moto avait les faux papiers. La population a estim\u00e9 que leur fr\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 injustement arr\u00eat\u00e9. Ils ont ainsi d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 en masse dans la cours de la gendarmerie pour exiger la lib\u00e9ration du mis en cause. Toutes les n\u00e9gociations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 veines, le propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019engin a \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenu en garde \u00e0 vue, ainsi que sa moto de marque Royal. C\u2019est alors que les manifestations ont d\u00e9clench\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Absorb\u00e9s par la foule, la gendarmerie a alert\u00e9 le pr\u00e9fet du d\u00e9partement de la Nya Pend\u00e9, Abdelkerim Tahir Ali. Le chef de terre a \u00e9t\u00e9 impuissant face \u00e0 une population d\u00e9chain\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Au regard de l\u2019ampleur des manifestations, le gouverneur de la province du Logone oriental, Ramadan Erdougou Dougourou, a effectu\u00e9 une descente sur le site. Lui \u00e9galement a \u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9. M\u00eame le Com-zone n\u00b09, n\u2019a pas pu calmer la situation. Le patron de la circonscription a estim\u00e9 que cette revendication s\u2019apparente \u00e0 une : \u00ab r\u00e9volte contre l\u2019Etat \u00bb. Il entend d\u00e8s lors, diligenter une enqu\u00eate pour mettre la main sur les commanditaires. 20 autres personnes ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
