Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Depuis 14 jours, Mekila Elysee Assingar, policier aux renseignements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux est introuvable. Le Mouvement Citoyen pour la Pr\u00e9servation des Libert\u00e9s (MCPL) lance un cri d\u2019alerte.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Mouvement Citoyen pour la Pr\u00e9servation des Libert\u00e9s (MCPL) a organis\u00e9 un point de presse ce 26 avril 2022, pour d\u00e9noncer la d\u00e9tention arbitraire d\u2019un policier, dans un cachot de la direction des renseignements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. Sorti de la maison le mercredi 13 avril 2022 pour son lieu de service, Mekila Elysee Assingar n\u2019est pas regagn\u00e9 la maison. \u00ab Ses t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables ne r\u00e9pondent pas; sa femme et ses deux enfants ainsi que sa grande famille n\u2019ont aucune nouvelle de lui depuis ce temps \u00bb, regrette le MPCL.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s 14 jours de d\u00e9tention arbitraire, \u00ab aucun motif n\u2019est notifi\u00e9 \u00e0 sa famille, il n\u2019est pas non plus pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 un juge \u00bb, s\u2019inqui\u00e8te le mouvement, qui estime que le : \u00ab le d\u00e9lai de garde \u00e0 vue est largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le Mouvement Citoyen pour la Pr\u00e9servation des Libert\u00e9s a de la peine \u00e0 admettre qu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 les autorit\u00e9s s\u2019activent \u00e0 organiser un dialogue national inclusif pour r\u00e9concilier les c\u0153urs et les esprits, des paisibles citoyens sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s, gard\u00e9s au secret, comme si on \u00e9tait dans une jungle. \u00ab La d\u00e9tention sans motif d\u2019un citoyen dans un Etat de droit est inadmissible et condamnable. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab Tout en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant la d\u00e9tention abusive et arbitraire de Monsieur Mekila Elysee Assingar, nous interpellons le procureur de la R\u00e9publique de prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s; par ailleurs, nous r\u00e9clamons sa mise en libert\u00e9 pure et simple ou le d\u00e9f\u00e9rer au parquet s\u2019il y a des charges qui p\u00e8seraient sur lui. Sinon Mekila Elysee Assingar est 1\u2019otage personnel du directeur des Renseignements G\u00e9n\u00e9raux, Ahmat Dari Basine \u00bb, conclu le MPCL.<\/p>\n
