Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>La CIST demande au gouvernement d’ins\u00e9rer dans le collectif budg\u00e9taire une allocation de ch\u00f4mage en attendant une solution qui pourrait r\u00e9soudre le ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n

Un autre d\u00e9fi qui interpelle le Conseil militaire de transition (CMT) et son gouvernement est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 N’Djamena o\u00f9 en plein jour, des citoyennes et citoyens sont agress\u00e9s et leurs biens arrach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les conflits agriculteurs\/\u00e9leveurs qui n’ont que trop dur\u00e9 appellent une r\u00e9ponse prompte et adapt\u00e9e du CMT et de son gouvernement, estime la CIST.<\/p>\n

Pour le syndicat, l’injustice est la b\u00e9ante plaie de ce pays.<\/p>\n

Elle peut \u00eatre un facteur de division, de rancune, de rancoeur, de climat de m\u00e9fiance et de d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n

Seule une autorit\u00e9 ferme de l’\u00c9tat, peut, en poursuivant les r\u00e9calcitrants et les ind\u00e9licats, rassurer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et instaurer un climat serein de confiance et de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Selon le repr\u00e9sentant du ministre de la Fonction publique, Abdoulaye Saleh Lamine, \u00ab\u00a0le d\u00e9veloppement d’un pays ne peut se faire qu’avec la conjugaison de toutes les forces laborieuses\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il souligne que \u00ab\u00a0le gouvernement a toujours privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 la concertation et le dialogue social avec toutes les organisations d’employeurs et de travailleurs sans discrimination\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
