Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le gasoil se fait rare \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena et dans les autres provinces du Tchad. Depuis plus d\u2019un mois, le combustible n\u2019est trouvable que par endroit dans la ville de N\u2019Djamena. Plusieurs stations-service ont ferm\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de cette p\u00e9nurie plongeant les consommateurs dans la d\u00e9solation.Situation oblige. L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation du secteur p\u00e9trolier aval du Tchad (Arsat) est mont\u00e9e au cr\u00e9neau. Reconnaissant qu\u2019il y a une crise de gestion de carburant qui s\u00e9vit, l\u2019Arsat a remont\u00e9 les bretelles aux marketers. Dans la foul\u00e9e, une station-service a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendue de toute activit\u00e9 de distribution et les marketers interdits de la ravitailler. Une autre d\u00e9cision prise par l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation a interdit l\u2019approvisionnement de carburant en f\u00fbt dans les stations-service, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nouvel ordre. Malgr\u00e9 ces mesures, la crise de gestion de carburant persiste.<\/p>\n

Pour comprendre o\u00f9 se situe le probl\u00e8me, nous nous sommes rapproch\u00e9 des responsables de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale de raffinage (SNR). L\u2019institution, principal fournisseur des produits p\u00e9troliers, r\u00e9fute les accusations port\u00e9es contre elle par les marketers et parle d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie artificielle.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce probl\u00e8me ne se situe pas \u00e0 notre niveau \u00bb, se d\u00e9fend-t-elle. Pour elle, bien que la demande en produits p\u00e9troliers ait augment\u00e9 depuis janvier 2020, elle ravitaille \u00e0 la hauteur de la demande. \u00ab Nous fournissons de mani\u00e8re quotidienne en moyenne 24 citernes de 36 000 litres d\u2019essence et 34 citernes de 36 000 litres de gasoil \u00bb, informe la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale de raffinage. Au regard de ce ravitaillement, la raffinerie estime qu\u2019il ne devrait pas y avoir p\u00e9nurie. \u00ab Nous pensons que ce probl\u00e8me se localise au niveau des marketers. Nous estimons que des produits p\u00e9troliers sont export\u00e9s vers les pays voisins comme le Soudan, la RCA, \u2026 \u00bb<\/p>\n

Pour la SNR, rien ne peut la mettre en cause. \u00ab Nous pr\u00e9cisons que la derni\u00e8re maintenance de la raffinerie date de mars 2020. Depuis lors, la raffinerie n\u2019a connu aucun arr\u00eat li\u00e9 \u00e0 la maintenance ou bien \u00e0 l\u2019engorgement \u00bb, argumente-t-elle. L\u2019institution appelle l\u2019instance de r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 plus de contr\u00f4les pour soulager les consommateurs.<\/p>\n
