Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition, Mahamat Idriss Deby a re\u00e7u le 11 mai en audience le tchadien Dr B\u00e9assoum Casimir, \u00e9lu Juge \u00e0 la Cour Commune de Justice et d\u2019Arbitrage (CCJA) de l\u2019Organisation pour l\u2019Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA), informe la Pr\u00e9sidence.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau juge est venu remercier le Chef de l\u2019Etat pour le soutien \u00e0 sa candidature.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est au sortir de la 52\u00e8me Session ordinaire du Conseil des Ministres de l\u2019OHADA tenue \u00e0 Niamey au Niger, que Dr B\u00e9assoum Casimir a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu Juge \u00e0 la CCJA pour un mandat de 7 ans non renouvelable.<\/p>\n

Lors de ces \u00e9lections, le Tchad a \u00e9t\u00e9 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sentiel par le Ministre de la Justice, M.<\/p>\n

Mahamat Ahmad Alhabo et le Pr\u00e9sident de la Commission Nationale OHADA, M.<\/p>\n

Miarom B\u00e9goto ainsi que la Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat aux Finances et au Budget, Mme Ndolenodji Alixe Na\u00efmbaye par visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n

Le Chef de l\u2019Etata souhait\u00e9 pleins succ\u00e8s au Dr B\u00e9assoum Casimir dans l\u2019exercice de ses fonctions et l\u2019a assur\u00e9 de tout son soutien.<\/p>\n

Dr B\u00e9assoum Casimir, le nouveau Juge \u00e0 la Cour Commune de Justice et d\u2019Arbitrage (CCJA) prendra fonction le 1er janvier 2023, au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019institution bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Abidjan en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n
